1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Top Netics Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at cryptoattention.com (the “Site”), operated under the Crypto Attention brand, including its account and subscription features.
We use only the cookies the Site needs to work and to remember choices you make on it. We do not use advertising, marketing, visitor-identification or cross-site tracking cookies, and the Site runs no analytics (see Section 5). Browsing the Site without an account sets no cookies, apart from one functional cookie on pages with a time-range switch and the cookies set when you open an invitation, promotion or preview-access link (see Section 4).

2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are stored by your browser and sent back to the originating server each time you request a new page, allowing the server to recognise your device and remember certain information about your visit.
Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage and session storage, perform comparable functions and are covered by this policy wherever the term “cookies” is used.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
3.1 By Duration
- Persistent cookies: Every cookie the Site sets has a fixed lifetime, listed in Section 4. It is deleted when that lifetime ends or when you delete it; the account cookies are also deleted when you sign out.
- Session storage: The one item the Site may keep in session storage is deleted when you close the browser tab.
3.2 By Purpose
Strictly Necessary Cookies These cookies are essential for features you ask for: they keep you signed in to your account and carry your sign-in through to the plan or page you chose. Without them you cannot sign in. They do not require consent under applicable data protection laws.
Functional Cookies These cookies remember what the Site needs to show you the right state: that you are signed in, which time ranges are open to you, and an invitation, promotion code or preview access from a link you opened. They contain no advertising or tracking identifiers and are not shared with third parties.
No Analytics or Marketing Cookies The Site sets no analytics, advertising, marketing or visitor-identification cookies, and loads no third-party service that sets them.

Staff Console Our internal administration console, used only by our staff, sets its own sign-in cookies (cryptoattention_admin_id, cryptoattention_admin_refresh and, for a sign-in that needs a second step, cryptoattention_admin_challenge for 5 minutes) and a local storage flag (umami.disabled) that would keep staff visits out of analytics if the Site ran any. None of them is ever set for visitors of the Site.
5. Analytics
The Site currently runs no analytics: it loads no analytics script and counts no visits. If we start measuring visits again, we will update this policy before we do.
6. Other Third-Party Services
No third-party service runs in your browser on the Site. Fonts, images, coin icons and website icons are served by the Site itself. The share buttons are ordinary links: nothing from X, Facebook or Bluesky loads until you click one. If you pay for a plan, you are sent to the checkout page of Stripe, our card payment provider, and you manage a subscription on Stripe's billing portal; both apply Stripe's own cookie and privacy policies.
7. How to Manage Cookies
7.1 Browser Settings
You can view, block and delete cookies through your browser settings:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies.
7.2 Impact of Disabling Cookies
Blocking the Site's cookies prevents signing in, and with it the account, API keys, alerts and paid plans; the public pages remain available. Without the functional cookies the Site still works, but the header and the time-range switch may take a moment to show your state, and an invitation or promotion code from a link is not applied.
8. Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the cookie or privacy practices of third-party websites. We encourage you to review their policies before providing any personal information.
9. Data Retention
Each cookie is deleted when its lifetime ends (see Section 4) or when you delete it; signing out deletes the account cookies at once. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab. We periodically review retention periods to ensure they remain proportionate and necessary.
10. International Data Transfers
The Site's cookies are read only by the Site and our own servers; we do not pass them to third parties. Where personal data is processed in countries outside your country of residence, we rely on appropriate safeguards, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly use cookies to collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently done so, we will take prompt steps to delete the relevant data.
12. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our cookie usage, applicable laws, or the services we use. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
